Elmer it has been a long time now since I have asked you for any money on your note because I knew you were hard up and needed all you had but of late it seems to me that you have been making enough so you could pay at least a part of your note which was given to me Feb. 1  - 1907 for $44.73. Elmer if you can only pay me the interest I would be glad. You know I have been almost helpless for over a year and I need this pretty bad. I know I helped you out when you got this stuff. Now I think it is your place to help me out don’t you. You know I have never done like some of your fellows have dunned you every week. So now I think you ought to help me out. Let me know anyhow.
