Christmas Gems
1918

Christmas wishes how they cheer,
When they come from friends so dear.
Let this greeting cheer you then,
Till Christmas time comes round again.

1930

When ships come in and folks come home,
And no one seems inclined to roam,
And life is just a happy rhyme,
That’s when it’s Merry Christmas time.
